WHY I STARTED BLOGGING

I started my first blog during my first year at university (all the way back in 2016!).

I was looking for ways to make extra income online, and wanted something that would push me to learn new skills outside of my degree.

But blogging was waaay harder than I expected!

I was seriously overwhelmed, and the more I got advice here and there the more confused I got.

I had nobody to help me when things went wrong (I broke my site more than once!).

And as I seriously struggled with my first blog, I wished there was a place where I could get all the blogging information I needed…

Which is why Easy Blog Emily was born!

ABOUT EASY BLOG EMILY

My posts are written with the aspiring, non-techy blogger in mind (aka me as a beginner blogger).

I try to make my tutorials as detailed as I can, showing you step-by-step using screenshots (essentially I’ve written them as though I’m helping my Nan with blogging!).

Because that’s what I needed, but struggled to find.

So whether you’re just starting a blog or you have thousands of readers each month, I’m here to help you reach success with your blog.

And as I continue to learn about blogging, I will continue to share blogging the easy way!
