Need some motivating? This post is for you!
I was recently looking for motivational quotes for work on Pinterest. As much as I love blogging, I’m really struggling with staying motivated with writing posts right now.
Anyway, some of the quotes I found were amazing… but didn’t look it.
They were just so boring!
So for this post, I just really fancied giving some motivational quotes a girly makeover.
Below are some of my favourite motivational quotes for work. I hope you like them!

MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #1
The flower element I used for this was from Gold and Berry. I really suggest you check out the website, because they have loads of other freebies, like stock photographs.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #2
The water colour effect in this background is also from Gold and Berry (massive thanks to them!). The font is from Canva; you can check out 6 amazing font pairings for Canva here.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #3
I think you can use this for multiple reasons, whether you’re trying to loose weight, get a dream job, etc.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #4
This was one of the reasons for starting my blog.
I couldn’t stand the thought of being stuck in my hometown for the rest of my life! I really wanted to start my own successful business that was location independent, so I could go travelling or move abroad.
This is pretty big for me, seeing as nobody in my family has done either before!
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #5
As an indecisive person, this is a quote which really helps me to make my mind up and go for things.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #6
Let me be real- blogging isn’t easy. I cried the first time I used WordPress. You read that right!
As a non techy girl, I was waaay out of my comfort zone, and seriously considered packing it in before I had even started.
But obviously I didn’t, or this blog wouldn’t exist!
Actually, it’s kinda the reason Easy Blog Emily exist in the first place. Once I finally got to grips with WordPress, I thought “I feel sorry for the next person who has to work that out by themselves!”.
And then I realised they shouldn’t have to, so I started to make blogging tutorials.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #7
This is for real.
I’m quite a driven person, and I’d rather push myself than have someone else shouting at me to do it.
I want a successful online business- I know if I want it, I’ve got to work for it.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #8
I think a lot of success when it comes to business and work is all about the mindset. It’s not about if you will succeed, but when.
And if they seem too big, the better!
There are bloggers out there making hundreds of thousands every month, and millions every year (don’t believe me? Check out this post!). I’m sure making a million seemed a ridiculous idea to them when they weren’t making any money.
This can go for things outside of work too; I really want to go travelling, but the thought of doing it alone terrifies me. Which is all the more reason I should do it; I can’t imagine the sense of achievement I’d feel, or how surprised people who know me would be!
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #9
As someone who’s worked part time jobs they didn’t really enjoy, this really resonates with me.
It’s pushed me to work on something that I really do enjoy (this blog). And it baffles how so many people are stuck in a 9-5 they hate, and aren’t willing to try to get out of it.
If you love your job, it really won’t feel like work!
I spend hours every day on this blog. Sometimes I look up and half the day has gone because I’ve been so focused. (…That even includes forgetting to eat sometimes- and this gal loves food!).
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR WORK #10
Aspiring online business owners- this is for you. If you want to achieve something, just act as though you really can and you are going to, no matter what. I do think it’s as simple as that!
I really hope you’ve enjoyed this post. I’ve loved creating these, and if they’re something you’d like to see more of, just leave a comment below or email me (I do reply).
